On July 8th, 2023, around 1:45 a.m. Shreveport Police Department Patrol officers were contacted about a report of a Stabbing in the 2000 block of Grimmett Drive.
On arrival, officers contacted a victim that was bleeding after being stabbed in the arm. The responding officers determined that the victim had been involved in a dispute with a female.
Further investigation led officers to the arrest of Tiffany Howard (9-11-90). Howard was arrested for one count of Domestic Abuse Battery with a dangerous weapon. The victim is expected to recover.
Shreveport Police would like to encourage those who are victims of Domestic Violence to seek assistance. There are many options that exist to help. Contact SPD for more details.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
