The City of Shreveport is experiencing a problem with our phone service provider, Lumen. The issue is on their end and is causing a phone outage for multiple City of Shreveport agencies.
- Some SPAR locations (Barksdale, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and environmental services)
- Some Fire Stations and Maintenance
- Water and Sewerage
- Community Development
