On May 8th, 2023, Shreveport Police Special Victims Unit began an investigation into a complaint of a fifteen-year-old juvenile being sexually assaulted by an adult male. A forensic interview was conducted on the juvenile who disclosed she was sexually assaulted by Reginald L. Fisher (10/13/63.)
After further investigation into this incident, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Fisher for one count of Indecent Behavior with a juvenile. Fisher is still outstanding currently. The Shreveport Police Depart is asking for assistance from the public to locate this suspect.
