Harold Dewayne Brown
Brown was taken into custody in DeSoto Parish. Brown will be extradited back to Caddo parish where he will be booked into Caddo Correctional Center.
Shreveport Police Sex Crimes Detectives have obtained warrants for the arrest of Harold Dewayne Brown (6-5-84) for sexually based crimes involving a juvenile.
On June 6th, 2023, officers were contacted in reference to a sexual assault of a 13-year-old female. Detectives with the Shreveport Police Sex Crimes Unit obtained a warrant for one count of 1st Degree Rape for the arrest of Harold Brown.
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
