The City of Shreveport has declared Monday, July 3rd, and Tuesday, July 4th as a holiday.
That means The Department of Water and Sewerage Customer Service phone lines will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.
If any customer experiences a Water and Sewerage emergency, you should call 318-673-7600 or email ws_dispatchers@shreveportla.gov.
If any customer needs to make a payment, they can pay it online at
www.shreveportlawater.gov, downtown Shreveport, or at a third-party payment location.
