Historic Grand Cane invites the public to visit during the Front Porch Tour of Homes featuring the Cook Hill B&B.
TIME: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
COST: $20 ADULT/12 AND UNDER - $5

There will be 4 other homes featured in addition to Cook Hill House. Come early and enjoy shopping, parade and entertainment in the historic village of Grand Cane. HOMES INCLUDED ON THE TOUR
COOK HILL HOUSE - 816 Fifth Street, circa 1834 (Tour begins here and refreshments will be served.) Cook-Hill House Bed and Breakfast takes a step bank in time to the bygone era where Victorian Elegance and Country Charm ruled the day. Turn of the Century antiques and old family stories are just some of the treasures to be found here. Beautifully appointed parlor, music room and dining room.
JAMES GRIFFITH HOUSE - 411 Holly Street, circa 1909 - This house is an example of creole architecture with a dogtrot floor plan and a porch that wraps around both sides. The interior has many unique features that the visitor will enjoy.
BOB COWDEN HOUSE - 325 Holly Street, circa 1926 - This house has a beautifully columned front porch. The interior has 10-foot ceilings, a decorative mantel and beautiful molding throughout.
JOHN GRIFFITH HOUSE - 307 Pecan Street, circa 1912 - The bungalow style house has broad-based columns supporting the front porch and tall windows.
LIFFORD COOK HOUSE - 323 Pine Street, circa 1917 - .The home has a columned front porch wrapped around to one side and is beautifully decorated for Christmas .
