The City of Bossier City has updated its payment portal instructions for existing customers, offering new features to streamline the process. Customers can access the portal through a provided link or by calling (318) 741-8757, option 2. The city advises patience due to high call volumes.

For those opting for Quick Pay, users can make a one-time payment without registering an account. They need their Water Bill's Customer Number and Account Number to proceed. Alternatively, users can sign in or register to manage accounts and enroll in e-Billing.

Once registered, customers can add accounts using details from their Water Bill. The portal offers navigation options like viewing current balances, bills, payments history, and water consumption graphs.

Users managing multiple accounts within the city can toggle between them as needed. Detailed account information is available under "Account Detail," while transaction history and consumption data are also accessible.

The platform allows setting contact preferences for e-Billing and auto-pay reminders. There is also an option to request service disconnection via email.

Payments can be made anytime using the "Pay Now" button when logged in or via Quick Payment on the main page. Users must have their Account number and CID ready.

Customers may add payment methods such as Credit Card or soon-to-be-available eCheck by selecting "Payment Info." Scheduled payments are automated for selected dates but are one-time transactions only.
