On June 18th, 2023, around 7:55 p.m. Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to a report of women on the side of the interstate laying against the concrete barrier. Responding officers found the woman had been shot multiple times at close range with a pellet gun causing significant injuries.
Upon further investigation, officers found that the victim was involved in a domestic dispute inside a vehicle when she was shot multiple times with a pellet gun before being forced from the vehicle onto the side of the road.
Shortly after this incident patrol officers located the suspect vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop however the vehicle fled. A short vehicle pursuit ensued, followed by a brief foot pursuit.
Eventually, officers took Antonio Hall (9-4-03) into custody for the alleged incident. Hall was charged with one count of Domestic Abuse Battery and one count of Aggravated Flight from an officer. The victim is expected to recover.
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
