Of the 126,952 citizens living in Bossier Parish in 2020, 95,468 were old enough to vote as of March 24, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 48,819 of those people were female and 46,649 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
