On Sunday, March 23, former C.e. Byrd High School standout Slade Netterville’s current college team, the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Sam Houston Bearkats.
The game took place at Don Sanders Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Bearkats this season.
The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park against Grambling State Tigers.
