There were 2,494 Hispanic or Latino students enrolled in Bossier Parish's school district in the 2021-22 school year, 6.7% more than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that Bossier Parish's school district welcomed 22,417 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, Hispanic or Latino students comprised 11.1% of the student body to be the third most represented ethnicity in the parish districts.

There is only one district within Bossier Parish, with its head office located in Benton.

The majority of Louisiana students were identified as white and Black, representing 48% and 37% of the state student body respectively during the 2021–22 academic year. Hispanic students made up 8.6% of the student body, and other ethnic minorities made up 5.6%.

In 2022, there was roughly one teacher for every 18 students, compared to the national average of 1:16.
