While DEI seems like just a buzz word in businesses now, DEI Specialist Kandis Vaughn-Thomas will show you how focusing some of your energy on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion can lead to greater retention at your business. Vaughn-Thomas will lead a small cohort of business professionals in the training, which touches on hiring practices, overcoming implicit biases and working to create an environment of retention and inclusion of all employees in the workplace.
