Of the 264 people living in Grand Cane in 2020, 45.8 percent (121) were women and 54.2 percent (143) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Shreveport Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 41. In the 65 and over age range, there were 29 females and 15 males.
