Of the 379 people living in Hall Summit in 2020, 44.3 percent (168) were women and 55.7 percent (211) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Shreveport Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 53. In the 65 and over age range, there were 27 females and 17 males.
