The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Adrian Perkins, Perkins for Louisiana, refunded $250 to Justin Putney on August 24, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Perkins for Louisiana refunded $250 total since March 1.
