The legislation aims to solidify Trump’s agenda by incorporating significant America First priorities. The executive actions included in the bill cover a range of issues such as border security, energy production, education reform, and national safety measures.
Some notable actions are securing borders through a national emergency declaration at the southern border, protecting against foreign threats, reducing federal bureaucracy, and unleashing American energy resources. The bill also addresses issues like improving education outcomes and strengthening higher education accreditation.
Speaker Johnson emphasized that these measures are intended to protect America’s interests and enhance its economic strength.
