On Sunday, March 9, former C.e. Byrd High School standouts Brock Lambert and Jackson Walker’s current college team, the Houston Christian Huskies, lost 6-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the McNeese State Cowboys.

The game took place at Husky Field. This was their third matchup against the Cowboys this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 12 a.m. at Husky Field against Prairie View A&M Panthers.
