Benton High School standout Gavin Jacobs’ college team lost in NCAA Division II baseball game on Tuesday, Feb. 25

On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Benton High School standout Gavin Jacobs’ current college team, the Ouachita Baptist Tigers, lost 11-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Delta State Statesmen.

The game took place at Harvey Stadium at Ferriss Field. This was their first matchup against the Statesmen this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. at Rab Rodgers Field against Harding Bisons.
